3. VOODOO

Voodoo terbentuk di Jakarta pada tanggal 12 Juli 1991 oleh Edo Widiz. Kabarnya, band ini dinamakan Voodoo karena semua personilnya saat itu suka terhadap hal-hal yang berbau mistis. Pada awalnya, voodoo dihuni oleh 3 personil, yaitu Edo Widiz pada gitar, Doddy Katamsi pada vokal, dan Adman Maliawan pada bass kemudian Ossa Sungkar bergabung sebagai drummer. Sebelum rampung album pertama mereka, Dody mengundurkan diri dan memilih bergabung bersama Elpamas, sebagai penggantinya Oppie Danzo. Sebagai band rock 90an yang cukup disegani, Voodoo selama kiprahnya hits yang dikenang adalah Salam Untuk Dia dan Selamanya.

Sket termasuk grup rock yang diperhitungkan di era 90an. Hal ini tak lepas dari booming single Takkan Kembali dan Katakanlah yang sempat rejai chart radio di saentero Indonesia kala itu. Prestasi yang paling membanggakan bagi Sket adalah ketika mereka manggung di Kuala Lumpur sebagai opening act konser grup rock Mr.Big di tahun 1994. Setelah menelurkan 3 album , Sket bubar dimana para personilnya seperti Aldrin bergabung dengan Rampok Naong, Willy Sabena dan Michael Meyer memilih jalur solo karier.

Adi Metal Rock terbentuk tanggal 15 April tahun 1984 di Surabaya. Yang unik dari band pengusung aliran metal klasik ini adalah kelima personilnya berasal dari satu rahim yang sama dan nama Adi disisipkan ditengah-tengah nama lengkap mereka. Adi Sandoyo (Keyboard), Adi Nirwanto (Bass), Adi Sugiarto (Vocals), Adi Prasetyo (Guitar) dan Adi Prastanto (Drums) kerap tampil dengan dandanan ala Kiss dengan kostum nyeleneh dan memakai topeng. Adi Metal Rock secara gamblang mengakui apabila band mereka plagiator Kiss. Nama Adi Metal Rock melambung ketika menyandang predikat jawara pada Festival Rock Se-Indonesia garapan Log Zhelebour tahun 1987.
